CiscoUnity_UMR 147 error in event viewer

I have been getting the following message every minute in my event viewer. I am running Unity 4.2 with exchange off box.

"The Unity Message Repository could not retrieve a recipient for a message. This message will be sent to the following distribution list: unaddressedmessages 977"

I don't see a distribution list 977 anywhere.

How could I correct this problem.

The Unaddressed Message List is useful to collect all the messages that have not been possible to deliver to the recipients:

Please verify in SQL that the HomeServer field in the subscriber table is populated.

After that please run configsetup.exe /sync to populate the other entries

After doing some research that points to be a Permissions issue when inherit permissions are not enabled.
