Cisoco Emergency Responder - sending email notifications directly to CUC dist list

Greetings, we have hosted system that can't access internet at this moment. There's CER installed and we're running in to scenario when email notification of 911 calls needs to be send out. Client is using Office365 cloud based email that we can't reach from CER solution. Still, CUC mailboxes are sync to Office365 users. One idea come to us - can we utilize CUC "Distribution List"? Can we created "distribution list" on CUC, add users from the list and point SMTP on CER to CUC IP? The question: is that even possible? Any suggestions are appreciated:-)

No and the overal description sounds impossible. If CUC is performing Single Inbox integration to O365 user mailboxes then it must have internet access.

Anyway, the O365 admin isn’t likely to allow unauthenticated SMTP across the Internet. Work with the mail admin, to setup a mail relay that CER can access. Another option would be asking the hosting provider if they have an email domain and relay available to use.
