Hello Community,
Excuse my being dense here, but I'm not familiar with the licensing models. How does the below statement figure in a contact center where there is high turnover? When an agent leaves and is replaced do I have to contact Cisco for license update?
"Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization applications are sold per named user, not concurrent user"
As always, thanks in advance,
Kelly

Hey Kelly,
That's not dense at all it's actually an excellent question
What this means is that if your Contact Centre has a "Pool" of
50 Agents but only 30 are ever logged-in concurrently, you need
to license for the pool number of 50 not the active seat number of 30.
You don't need to contact licensing every time an Agent leaves
the organization.
Cheers!
