Click to Call 8_1_2674 Logon User Authenication


When the User first logs on after Click to Call has been installed the message "Click to Call is not fully configured" message and Perferences displays, as it should, because the User has to entered their "User Name" and "Password"

But once the details have been entered and Save clicked the message and perferences reappear. Click to Call Perferences is not saving the Users logon details.

Troubleshooting says this message relates to "One or more mandatory fields in the sign in screen have been left blank" but this is not the case as all of the fields apart from "User Name" and "Password" is populated via GPO. Plus this has only happened with a few and not all of the installations.

Would anyone have any ideas?
