So having a issue with Click-to-call... I think. If I highlight a contact in Outlook and click call contact, I get an Outlook error saying "an internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer". From what I understand, this is because Outlook is trying to use tapi for this function. So, is click-to-call suppose to work when trying to call from a contact? If I start a new email and then click-to-call a contact from the to: box it works fine. thanks
Configuration: CUCMBE 7.1(2), Outlook 2007 and Windows 7 RC 7100 64bit.

Microsoft has its own click-to-call. This cause confusions on the GUI.
If you want to use Cisco click-to-call, you should right-click a contact and choose "Additional Actions".
You may disable MS click to call by following instructions on http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupa/click_to_call/7.0/english/install/guide/C2C3_1chapter.html#wp1057749
