If closed greeting is disabled, and the schedule is weekday. What will happen when a call coming in at closed time(after hour)? Will they get busy or hear the default openning greeting is the call handler is copied from openning greeting?

I was sure I knew but I tested it also just in case I was wrong.

you will get the standard greeting of the subscriber even if the closed greeting is disabled and it is after hours.

Hope this help and please rate.

Randy

Did you actually mean the standard greeting for call handler?(you said subsciber)

it is the same, a subscriber is a callhandler with a mailbox. Everything in Unity has a callhandler almost.

Let me see if I can test this one.

Randy

It is the same.

I am 100% sure. Just tested.
