Hi, I have CM 4.1. I was tasked with finding out how many calls we get in a given month/week/day. Incoming and outgoing, and as specific as a single extension.
Is this sort of reporting built in to CM, or do I require a 3rd party program? If so, what would you recommend for less than 100 users?
Thanks!

You can use CAR for those purposes
CDR Analysis and Reporting

You can look at the reports that are available in the link.

The Cisco CallManager Serviceability CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR) tool generates reports of information for quality of service, traffic, user call volume, billing, and gateways.

Or you can use 3rd party tools, but CAR should give you enough information for what you need
