After importing users with the BAT.xlt tool, the name dialing field is left blank. I must then open every user individually and click save for name dialing to work. There has to be a simpler way. Can anyone assist?

It sounds like you are hitting this bug;

CSCsq82689 - Name Dialing Field in end  user can't be updated By Bat

Description

Symptom:

When CUCM (Cisco Unified Communication manager ) integrated with UCCX(Unifed Contact center). Enduser page get added with a new filed called "Name Dialing Field".There is no way to upgrade it Bulk

Conditions:

If you want to update "Name Dialing Field" On end user page using BAT

Workaround:

Going to each user and save will automatically updated
