Hello I'am trying to get meetme conferencing to work and I'am not sure my configuration is correct. Now after adding in this configuration it seems that ad-hoc is not working either. Is there anything I'am missing? Thanks

'show sccp' is a better command to use there.
As well when you define the ccm sccp address, you should add 'version 4.1' after the definition, as this is what CME expects. This requires removing it from the sccp ccm group and re-adding it.
I'm not sure if you were just making your config shorter, or if that's all you have under telephony-service, but this is mandatory configuration:
telephony-service
max-dn
max-ephone
ip source-address
