Hi Gang,
I'm curious what the best route would be to get a customer upgraded to CME 8.x considering they currently do not have a valid smartnet contract. My initial impression is to sell them smartnet but I wasn't sure on the correct smartnet SKU and whether that will provide major/minor updates (I've dealt with CUCM upgrades just not CME). Any suggestions would be greately appreciated.
Regards,
Michael

Thanks Rob, that is a very helpful link indeed.
Another n00b question, where would i find the correct smartnet sku to quote? They're running
c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-24.T3.bin, would i have to find a smartnet SKU for that older IOS? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi Michael,
I'm sorry, but I don't do any ordering here I think it
would be something like (for a 2811);
Cheers!
