CME B-ACD call-queue Maximum

Hi there,

I see in the bacd config guide there can be only a single call-queue service with any number of AA's.

Just need to clarify this. Does this mean just a single queue?

I need two AA's with 3 hunt group in each. If the members of the hunt groups are busy I need the calls to sit in a queue in relation to their hunt-group and AA.. So basically like two completely seperate departments and associated Queue.

I'm hoping the Queue service will queue calls differently based on what params were handed to it by the specific AA ?

thanks.

Matt Naismith.

Matt,

B-ACD can handle multiple AAs with multiple hunt groups and queue the calls accordingly as you have described. Take a look at the following link. The wording is a bit confusing. The limit is one call queue service, but essentially allows multiples call queues as referenced in the document.

Hope this helps.
