Hi ;
The CME and CUE been setup work fine. But for Voice MAil have some issue here.
There are 2 method to listen voice mail ;
1. Press "message" button then follow the instruction to listen voice mail.
This method work fine no issue.
2. Use "Service" button to listen voice mail.
- Select CME Service URL, then key Mail ID and pwd
- select "personnel mail box"
- select "inbox".
- select "mail" and it shown detail of mail, like number of message, from extension and etc.
- select "listen", error message pop out with "unknow error code 0", pls consult your administrator.
I can't listen voice mail by this methed, event there is vm. then I have to use 1st method without any issue. How to use 2nd method to listen VM ? Pls advice.

Thanks from you web links given, there are workaround. But I found out from CUE 7.0 user guide for advance feature. My customer IP Phone model is C7942, is not listed in support list here. Is this the casue ? Appreciate can anybody can confirm ? Thanks.

The following Cisco IP phones support VoiceView Express: 7940(G), 7960(G), 7921(US and UK English only), 7925, 7941, 7961, 7942, 7962, 7945, 7965, 7975, 7970, 7971, 3911/51, SPA 941, SPA 942, SPA 525, and the 521/524g.
