cme/cue email notification

Hi All,   I have a user in cue that is setup for email notification.   smtp relay.    all others users are setup the same way and they work fine.   this user will not fwd vmails to email.   the smtp server shows no activity coming in at all for this user.   is there a log or trace in the cue/cme that will show activity between the cue and smtp server?  thanks
