I have CME-CUE installatoin and have a question how CME keeps the MWI stauts when relaod. I can see the MWI flag ON when I leave a voice mail in CUE but it gone when I relaod the CME and ON again when I issue the command 'mwi reflesh all' from CUE. I don't see a MWI resync scheduling option in CUE so no way to update the MWI status to CME until run the command 'mwi reflesh'
What MWI method are you using? If you use sub-notify, it should work. Basic outcall MWI won't because there's no real state. The CUE will just send MWI when it gets a new message or someone checks messages.
