I have an issue which I think is normal behaviour but I wanted to ask anyway. If I call a number that is forwarded to Unity express I do not hear any ringing. This is also true for calling the auto attendant.
I cannot remember but I am sure that this is due to the way Unity answers the call.
Am I right or is ther anyway to get at least one ring.
