Is there a way to use mulitple Cisco Unity Express cards(CUE)(mulitple CUEs each on a different router within the same network) with one instance of CallManager Express (CME). One of the CUEs is on the same router as the CME.
The remote sites have SRST running with a AIM-CUE card. The central site has CME running with a NM-CUE module. I would like to take advantage of the potential voicemail boxes on the AIM-CUE cards at the remote sites via a distributed voicemail model while maintaining the central site deployment model for call processing.
Thanks

It appears that in order to do this the central site must be running full CallManager and not CME. Is this true???

AFAIK, CME with CUE is only supported on the same router.

Also, from the following link http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps5520/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00803ef71c.html, when u look under prerequistes (Point c), it states CUE needs to be installed on the same router
