CME with XLite Soft Phone: Registration Issue

Friends,

I am working on CME 4.1 with which i want to register XLite Sip Softphone. I configured router and phone according to help available on cisco sites but phone is not being registered. You can find "sh running" and "debug ccsip all" in attachment. Please help me get this issue resolve.
