CMR Report has missing "varVQMetrics" for definite number of calls ???

Hi,

I am new to CMR/CDR reporting in CUCM. I went through many cisco docs and gained some knowledge and when I pulled CMR report I was able to view values in the fields(jitter,latency,packetloss etc...) but under the field "varVQMetrics" few calls miss voice quality data. Could any one help me understand the cause for the missing data ??

Hi,

We have the same issue, only with Cisco 9971. Sometime, varVQMetics filled with 0.  I try to identificated the bug in the bugtoolkit without success.
