Cna I have a Voice mail with no phone?

I nned to have a number of users that only have voice mail and not a physical phone. They will have the Ext. and be a user but no Physical phone on a desk. However when I delete the phone their ext does not work.

You could create a CTI route point for these users, assign the route points a DN and let this be the users' extensions for Unity.
