COBRA Import for Connections - Call Handler Import issue using CSV

Trying to import Call Handlers using the CSV file option and having problems. Using a file (attached) with the ALIAS only is not recognized as a valid format. If I add the EXTENSION field to the file (attached) it recognizes the file and reads the lines but does not import any lines. I have verified that these CH Alias exist in the export file. Using the CSV file option for subscribers works fine. Import for Connections 1.1.77
