COBRAS Export error message

I am importing users to CUC 8.6 from Unity 7. I used COBRAS to export and using COBRAS to import. I have moved 200+ users and I am getting the following error message on one user.

"The extension number conflicts with an existing object in the selected partition on the target voice mail server."

Where is the conflict?

I would download CUDLI http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/CUDLI/CUDLI.html and there is a feature where you can search the entire database for a specific value.  Enter in the extension of this user and see what table(s) may already be using this extension.
