Communication with CTIOS Server has failed

I saw this error on one of the PG servers - Evt_App_Log

Client:CTIOSServer Object:pg2b Error Event Report: CTIOS Server "PG2A": Communication with CTIOS Server: "pg2b" has failed

I checked the CTIOS, PIM & CTI services all were active.

I checked the CTIOS & CTISVR logs. In the CTISVR logs I saw the above error but couldn't find the  communication "UP"  message .

I just want to understand do we receive a "UP" or "connection restored " kind of messages in the CTISVR Logs so that we can confirm that CTIOS got reconnected and for how much it was offline.

PLEASE ADVISE.

Hi Naresh,

Yes, we get connection established message both in Event viewer and also CTI server logs.

Thanks for the reply.

I didn't see any connection established message in the Event Viewer or logs..

Can you post the snippet of the Event Viewer or logs which says " connection established" or similar ...
