I have installed Conference Connection (CCC) 1.2 and CallManager (CCM) 4.2(3), on separate system servers. I continually receive a the "OUT_OF_SERVICE" status on the JTAPI Subsystem. Because of this, the CCC application does not function.
The user and password are correct. I have installed the latest patches for CCC; installed the JTAPI that works with CCM 4.2(3).
The CTI Ports are registered, but the CTI Route Point is not. The Gateway shows a status of "Unknown" with the correct IP address.
Can any on help determine what I am missing to get this to function?
