conference pass code works from Avaya system but not from Cisco IP phones
We have a conference call service set up on number 650-385-XXXX plus a 6 digit pass code. Pound symbol (#) is not required after pass code. The conference pass code works from Avaya system but not from Cisco IP phones.
We are using AT&T IP Gateway to route the conference call using our CUBE router.
CUBE router configuration is following.
! voice service voip allow-connections h323 to h323 h323 no h225 timeout keepalive h225 id-passthru h225 connect-passthru call start interwork h245 caps mode restricted h245 passthru tcsnonstd-passthru ! !
On the vOIP dial-peer which is sending call to AT&T IP GW using dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric.
