Conferencing Issues

Hi,

When external users try to conference, only one user can be on a conference where as the maximum participants configured on service parameters is 15. This was working earlier. I am running CCM 4.2(2). Primary hardware transcoder is a 2821 router. Aprreciate replies.

Only one external user is able to get on to the meet-me conference. Internally it is able to accomodate upto 15 calls. Kindly help.

What happens to the second Caller exactly when he calls in? activate CCM traces and see if the CDR recorded anything about the second Call.

YOu know what i resolved this issue by checking the Media Termination Point checkbox on the gateway list. This was for the gateway that was the priority 1 transcoder/conferencing resource for the CCM.
