You need to create a route point that forwards all the calls to the voicemail. In Unity you need to create acall routing rule ( Forwarded Routing Rules in this case) that sends the call to your call handler.
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
