converting unity connection 8.6 mailboxes from CUCM integrated ?

Hi,

I am migrating voicemail from 2 different phone system (we had a cucm cluster on 8.0 and a new one on 8.6).

Unfortunately, some users have been imported from CUCM 8.0, rather than created manually (no LDAP involved here).

when I try to change the phonesystem field for a user imported from cucm 8.0 (we have 2 phone system in unity connection one for 8.0 and one for 8.6), I get this message below.

This user is integrated with a Cisco Unified Communications Manager end user. Some fields may be disabled.

I cannot change the phone system field manually, this is greyed out.

Is there any way of exporting the initially imported users from CUCM 8.0, so that we recreate these users as 'normal users' rather than imported users ?

The workaround is to delete the end user from CUC 8.0, resync and then add a user manually...but I am wondering if there is a more clever way of doing this (I can't find it in the admin guide so far).

Basically, I want to get rid of my imported users and add them as a standard user.
