Cool way to migrate recordings from legacy voice mail to Unity Connection

Download Audacity (freeware audio editing/recorder). Select "stereo mix" for input mode. Mute your laptop/desktop's external mic. Use IP Communicator to dial the legacy recording on the old voice mail/IVR system while recording.... save the file to wav format in Audacity (export). Then upload this to Unity Connections Call Handler greeting file. (see screen cap attached)

It is possible to do call recording in CUCM IP phone also, please share the procedure of call recording for IPPhones in CUCM 7.1

Thanks for sharing this. I have had similar requirements in the past but have never thought of solving them in this way.
