When im trying to access Corporate directory from phone getting the following error "Error,Contact the admin". After checking few treads changed everything on IP, no DNS but the error continued "Error, Contact Administrator".
Please help

What application? CUCM or CME?
Is the enterprise parameter for Directory defined to use IP or hostname? Can you change it to IP if using hostname?

Hi Chris,
Its CUCM version 8, all the parameters are defined to use IP. But still getting the error.
