I have a centralized CCM 4.2 and 2 distributed Unity UM 4.2 servers. How do I get all the phones to show contacts from both the server.

are you talking about in Unity for voicemail or are you talking about the Directory on CallManager?

This is UM. Is the directory from CallManager, I do not know for sure. Only when a user enrolls into voicemail it lists the user in Directory assistance.

ok. That is correct. The UM user will only be listed in the "Dial by name" directory if they go through the first time subscriber enrollment in Unity. If they do not, it will not list their name in the directory.
Secondly, if you have (2) Unity servers and are still having an issue using "dial by name" or the Directory Handler between (2) Unity servers, they must be digitally networked, or they will not share directories. If you have two separate Unity servers in different domains, but attached to the same CallManager, they are still not networked. The Unity UM servers must reside in the same AD Domain/Exchange org for the use of Directory Handler.
