Hi, I am pretty new to the CRA/CRS scripts and would really appreciate if anyone could help me configure the basic custom script.
What we need is very simple:
- Callers should hear a welcome prompt
- press 1 to hear message #1
- press 2 to hear message #2
- press 3 to hear message #3
- press 0 to go to operator
If the operator is busy with other calls, the call should be queued with Moh and routed when the operator becomes available.
Prerocorded Message #1, 2 or 3 should be played when opted for.
We have callmanager 4.1(3) and Unity 4.0(4) with a dedicated CRA/CRS Server running 3.5(3).
