Hi i have ccm 6.0 and CUPS.
When i create device cisco unified personal communicator i have error
"Update failed. [491] TypeDbErrors.INVALID_PRODUCT_NAME"
Can i fix it&

Check if you are using uppercase for the device name. If not, make all the letters of the device name as uppercase. The correct format for the device name is UPC. More information at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupc/1_2/english/installation/guide/reqserv.html#wp1043692
