Can anyone tell me if cross box log in is supported on a NEAX 7400ICS PBX Unity version is 4.0.(4) Thanks

No. This feature is limited to Call Manager integrations.

Thanks for this prompt reply. However, the Cisco UCSE Training Manual v1.3 Page 4-6 says it should work. Hence my (and my customer's) confusion. Is the training manual wrong or is there a deeper issue here? Thanks again for your help.

I took a look at the training material. It is wrong. I have initiated the process to get this corrected.
