CRS 4.0.5(IP IVR, part of IPCC enterprise) backup error using BARS

Hello all,

I ran a backup via BARS on IPIVR4  and received error message below.  Any idea?

----------

[03:16:16 PM]   [Error] Error: unable to process archive component: com.cisco.archive.impl.component.ldap.LDAPArchiveComponent; nested exception is:

com.cisco.archive.ArchiveException: Unable to process backup request; nested exception is:

com.cisco.config.util.ConfigComponentException: Cannot load node ; nested exception is:

com.cisco.wfframework.repository.ProviderUnavailableException:

[03:16:16 PM]   [Error] Could not backup Cisco Customer Response Solutions successfully on 10.10.16.103.

-----------

Backup target servers are :

. CCM4.1  publisher

. IPIVR(CRS) server 4.0.5

This IPT system is part of IPCC enterprise platform.  And backup on CCM4.1  publisher is successful.

I assume CRS 4.0.5 server could be backup via BARS (?),  if not, any other bacup tools?     Thanks a lot,

thanks for the reply, Anand.

Just to clarify :

. The platform is UCCE ( Enterprise), not UCCX (express), CCM version 4.1

. The CRS(Customer Response Solutions)4.0.5 server works as IP IVR,

my question is:

.  What backup software I could use for CRS server? Is BARS the correct one?

.  How I could verify CRS 4.0.5 server health status? by any tools/application?

thanks,

master002

Hi,

UCCX is the newer version name for earlier CRS.

Yes, BARS is the software you have to use to take the backup of the IPIVR system.

To check the health of the system, please login into CRS Appadmin->system->Control center->Engine->check the status of each of the subsystems here.

Hope this helps.

Anand
