Wondering if anyone has come across an issue in CRS 4.5 where upon server reset, script recordings are reseting to older recorded versions. This has been happening for the past few months and unfortunatly it's past end of support by Cisco. Did a search on the site but nothing comes up.
Sounds to me as if the recordings have been copied directly to the file system instead of being uploaded to the Prompt Repository. The MIVR subsystem overwrites whatever is on the file system every time it starts with what is in the database (Prompt Repository).
