We are running Office Communicator 2007 R2 Ver 3.5 and Cisco UC Intregration CSF Ver 8.5. When in deskphone mode, I can select the line that I want my cucimoc to answer. When in softphone mode/laptop, I do not have that option. I can build another csf profile with another number and then it will appear in the selection box to CHANGE lines.
