CTI Gateway Profiles not automaitcally created

Hi

We have a set up with CM V 6.1 and CUP V 6.0 , have four sites in CM cluster and fourth one was a recent migration. In CUP server under Application > Cisco Unified Personal Communicator> CTI gateway profile I could see the CTI gateway profile automatically created for three sites but not for the fourth one, which was a recent migration. Is there any config to be done on the CM side so that the CTI gateway profiles are automatically created?

There is nothing you need to do. I believe the databases are automatically sync'd once AXL is setup and working. If the AXL is broken on the 4th server, then that would be explain. You may need to start and stop the CUPS server to have it gather the information from the other server. If not, check the RTMT logs on the CUPS and see why it's not communicating.
