Ctl Client Problem

Hello everybody,

I have to setup encryption to Cisco Call Manager application for phone calls. I have two usb eTokens, and I have installed CTL Client v5.0 on a XP VMware computer. When I run CTL Client and put Communications Manager Server IP address, Username and Password it connects to Call Manager Server and then I choose "Set Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cluster to Mixed Mode" option. Then it promts for "Please insert a Security Token. Click OK when done.". I have inserted the USB token but the dialog appears again.... I have installed RTE_3_65 application/driver for these two USB eTokens.

Has someone faced this problem ??

Note Supported Windows versions for Cisco CTL Client include Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. Do not use Terminal Services to install the Cisco CTL Client.

It will install in Windows 7, but it will give you exactly what you are describing.

Did you find a solution to this problem?  I'm having the same issue with an XP workstation.
