CUACS Presence Bubble Issues

Hi All

I have an issue with Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard 10.5 (serverless version) where the Presence Bubble lights are intermittently not working for some users, if you check on a Jabber client they show status but on the Console Directory are shown as Unknown, this is only for some users as some show correctly.

The operator logged onto the console has entered their own credentials and they are enabled for Jabber and are also logged into the Jabber client on the same PC (is this valid?)

Any ideas?

- > i would really ask you to see if the operator reports the same issue while being logged off from jabber and only tracking the user presence status from the CUAC console. I dont think this really would have a big difference as this should still work while jabber is logged in simultaneously. You may want to review the brief snippet of the cuac logs to see if you can find any thing specific to uid for which the presence is not responding with a status information.
