What is the recommended process for patching the CUAE servers with the Microsoft hotfixes? For the CCM servers running the Cisco OS, Cisco would certify the patches before they are applied. Is there a similar process for the CUAE application/media servers?
There's a note in the Support Policies for 3rd party software section that says, "Note In general, you should not apply Microsoft updates unless instructed by TAC. You can apply the Cisco-provided SRs, which contain Microsoft updates, but have been tested by the Cisco OS team." I don't have this application server in my environment, but I always honor the Cisco docs :-)
