CUBAC - Phone status unknown

Hi Guys

Have jsut stood up a demo CUBAC, most functions are working, except that the phone status is not resported and has a red cross through the icon.

- LDAP is returning the dorectory OK with correct numbers.

- CUPS is returning presence for each user.

- Software is controlling attendants handset OK/and responding to calls in queue etc.

- All devices are registered on CUCM OK

Does anyone know how to get phone status to appear for users?

I should also add that this is a clean install and that it did not install the file

C:\Program Files\Cisco\CTI Server\Driver Instance\1\CiscoCUCM_CTI.config

So I cannot tweak the setting "DRMDynamicDevicePrioritisation"

The directory does not match a device name to the user. DN matches OK, but does not select any profile at all wether it is EM, Phone, CSF etc.
