CUBAC Queue

Hello All,

We have a mainline which hits CCM and through CTI route point it directs to the CUBAC and receptionist attend the calls . She is able to use all the features of CUBAC but when she gets a Direct call to her extension she is not able to use all the features . She has to direct that call to Idivert to VM and proceed with the old call.Is there any solution to this so that we can use all the features.

No, since the calls are not arriving thru the CTI RP which is controlled by CUBAC and being handled by CUBAC, the system is not aware of those calls and cannot handle them with the client.

Set her DN to CFA to the CTI RP if you want all calls to be handled with the CUBAC client.
