CUBI and DTMF_ACCESS_ID

Hi

4.0.5

If I create a CSV file with DTMF_ACCESS_ID set to the 4-digit 5xxx range while their current phone numbers are 10-digit and then import the csv, will the 5xxx over-write the 10-digit?

thx

Re: CUBI and DTMF_ACCESS_ID

Yes, they will. You may want to use the Alternate Extension 1 field instead - this will leave the 10 digit Id in there and just add your 5xxx digit entry for each user. Both the primary and the alternate provide all the same functionality (i.e. automatic login when calling from that number, forward to greeting functions). The only big difference is the primary extension can be used as the transfer number for users as well (assuming transfers are active).
