CUC 1.x on VMWare?

I had succesfully installed a beta of CUC 1.1.210 on VMWare workstation for my lab (not production), however when I go to upgrade it to 1.2.1 I get an error that indicates I need a "Cisco Platform Configuration Disk". I tried a fresh install on Win2003 with the CUC 1.2.1 DVD and recieved the same error. Any thoughts?

Try to run the setup disk with setup.exe /nopcd option. Let me know if that helps by rating the post
