CUC 8.5 Call transfer fails

Hi,

We have CUC 8.5 integrated with CUCM 8.6. We are trying to deploy the autoattendant with following prompt " If you know your party's extension, please dial it now or dial 0 for operator". It plays the prompt properly but when you press 0 (or any other local extension), it gives fast busy tone. We have checked restriction tables and made it sure that operator extension exists in the Unity. But still no success.

Thanks in advance.

Saif, If 795 is not a unity

Saif,

If 795 is not a unity user but it is a callmanager user and the call is not going through, can you please check this:

Step 1 In Cisco Unity Connection Administration, go to the Greetings page for the applicable user, user template, call handler, or call handler template.

Step 2 Select the applicable greeting.

Step 3 On the Edit Greeting page, check the Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers check box.

Step 4 Select Save.

Also as you stated before just doble check that the CSS of the VM ports can reach the PT of the Phones as well as the unity restriction table.
