CUC 9.1.1 MWI(SIP) doesn't work

Hi,

it seems all is configured as well, so I had a look to the reports (User Phone Login and MWI) and found that the phone numbers are cut.

for instance the dir number +49xxxxyyyzzz was shown as +49xxxxyyyz

Goericke Siegfried+49xxxxyyyzVoice Mail User COS

or

2013-06-27 11:49:47.000         Other         MWI On Completed      +49xxxxyyy    Failure     N/A

Is this a problem of the report generator or problem of the directory number lenght?

Thanks.

Quick test to prove it, add another extension to the voicemail box user above (alternate extenstion).  add this number to the IP phone CUC can reach.   Leave a message, then see if CUC flips the MWI on the shorter extension (and without + sign).  You can at least narrow down its length, or e164, etc.

Hi,

thanks, I played around this and found thats really the report cut the dir number regardless of using + . It depends on the overall lenght of the dir number. The MWI works also with + in front, (it was a missing partion in css).

Thanks again.
