CUC import messes up UCM users

I am staging UCM with CUC 2.1.3ES23.1000-23 and we have a strange problem. When we import the UCM users into CUC, they can still be displayed in the list on UCM, but when you click thru for the user page, it comes up blank. The only user that worked right was one we didn't import.

Rebooting UCM was no help, and a CUC sync of the users seemed to work normally. I combed through the Bug Toolkit and didn't find anything. Anyone out there have a problem like this, and if so what was the bug number or fix?

I've got exactly the same problem here - Using UCM & CUC We've found that we can manually add users, and everything works fine. It almost appears as though something is "broken" with the import process in CUC.

Have you had any luck?
