Have setup an external service for access to exchange contacts(webdav service). Service account setup on exchange with view only admin rights to exchange store with admin and send as receive as permissions.
Trying to import contacts within Cisco pca for a user and keep getting 'failed to import contacts'. Nothing obvious in app log for both CUC and Exchange server.Any advice appreciated.

As far as I remember it was the service URL for the WebDAV service.
It should have been:
http://
Originally I did not put the forward slash after Exchange.
