Is your Unity Connection integrated with an LDAP directory? If it is, you cannot force web password expiration or reset - the web application password and password settings (for example, password-complexity settings and whether the password expires) are controlled by the LDAP server. If not integrated with LDAP, then depending on how you set up user accounts, you can require users to change their Cisco PCA passwords the first time that they log on.
