We are currently deploying CUCILync 8.5(5) on Windows XP workstations. We are using Communications Manager 7.1(5) and CSF profiles to provide softphone capability to the end users.
The problem we have here is that some users have a static workstation and a laptop. Lync is installed on both computers and cucilync as well.
When the users activate their CSF profile on both cucilync at the same time, there is like a flapping of the SIP profiles, between both computers.
The user is unable to use one or the other cucilync, both are like in a loop and this triggers some latencies with unstable behavior of cucilync.
Is there a statement about the support of multiple connection for CSF? Is there a possibility to be logged in on two different computers with the same CSF account without triggering a flapping problem?
